Some SaaS providers have grown their solution organically. Some have grown aggressively by acquiring or merging in a fast pace with other SaaS providers. Although the latter strategy might seem a good way for a SaaS provider to expand its offered functionality quickly, we think it does not necessarily result in a well-constructed/engineered solution. If one wants to unleash the true power of SaaS we think there needs to be coherence and consistency throughout the entire application in terms of underlying data model, integration framework, security framework, workflow-, reporting-, and analytical tools.

As a first step in the implementation of our strategy we have analyzed the SaaS market for HR applications and have decided to partner with Workday. We are proud to state that we are now a regional implementation partner for Workday.
